1. General Information These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. Payment We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards and any other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

6. Shipping Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it for a full refund, without providing a reason.

8. Returns & Refunds To initiate a return, please contact us at syn.shop@mail.fr  Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

9. Liability We cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, customs delays, carrier issues).

10. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts.
